(You forgot my cell phone in your pocket.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exceptions and Specific Cases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Not All Words Undergo Mutation:<\/strong> Some words that end in <strong>K, T, \u00c7, P<\/strong> do <strong>not<\/strong> undergo consonant mutation due to their origin or other grammatical exceptions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Words Ending in &#8220;nk&#8221;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For words ending in &#8220;nk,&#8221; the final <strong>k<\/strong> is replaced by <strong>g<\/strong> instead of the usual <strong>\u011f<\/strong> when a vowel is added after it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>renk<\/strong> (color): <em>Rengi \u00e7ok parlak.<\/em> \u2013 Its color is very bright.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>kepenk<\/strong> (shutter): <em>Kepengi kapat.<\/em> \u2013 Close the shutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Case II: The Suffix Consonant Mutation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to word consonant mutation, some Turkish suffixes also undergo consonant mutation based on specific conditions.
